You probably heard of the good-looking, weird, and awesome PixelJunk games. President and executive producer Dylan Cuthbert from the developer of these games, Q-Games, announced today that we will get the PlayStation 4 exclusive this Fall.
First announced at Gamescom 2014, the game that fuses a lot of genres together, is about resource gathering and management, building up your defenses, and shooting the waves of enemies. The game's story is set in post 60s Cold War, after a failed experiment the whole world population was wiped out.
"Although the world of The Tomorrow Children is encased in the bleak Void, life still flourishes as humanity claws its way back from the brink of extinction, and players in the roles of Projection Clones will take that life into their own hands," Cuthbert explained to GameSpot.
"Players will take control the fate of their town and eventually the world itself as they build up and expand it from a nearly empty outpost into a lively home filled with shops, facilities, and even a home of their very own, all while defending everything they’ve built in life and death struggles with invaders from the edges of existence."
Looked intriguing at the reveal, sounds even better now.
